This would literally be the only doughnut I would ever eat the chocolate dream cake oh my god it has always been my favourite since years I came into town today with my friend we fancied a doughnut she hasn?t ever tried Krispy Kreme before so was her first time so I went in I couldn?t see the doughnut the staff said oh it?s the same as another new one they have just changed the name so I thought ok we go for that brought 1 box full only to come home and see that the doughnut isn?t the same it?s actually changed the inside filling is not sweet and tasty anymore it?s literally so bland no taste wasn?t nice at all and M not happy as the staff lied to me telling me it tastes the same when in fact it doesn?t not !! Waste of money

I visited the store today to purchase some hot drinks. I had already brought a few desserts from the Selfridges counter opposite. A staff member by the name of ?Jo Jo? was very abrupt and rude towards myself and family. They approached us in an abrupt manner and questioned if we had made any purchases at Krispy Kreme, implying that the seating was exclusively for paying customers. This interaction and her tone felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially given that we were waiting for drinks ordered from Krispy Kreme.
I cannot help but feel her approach was biased and discriminatory, treating us with unwarranted suspicion. Secondly the seats were quite dirty and we cleaned them ourselves before sitting.

I work at Three and I was served by Atlanta, she was so lovely and kind and I don?t normal write reviews but she definitely deserves recognition! Will definitely shop at Krispy Kreme selfridges because of her!

I have been enjoying these donuts for many many years. Krispy Kreme is renowned for its consistently fresh and flavorful donuts, setting it apart from other companies. Really poor service. Lady working was incredibly rude, raising her voice just because I asked to buy a donut (almost like it?s a donut shop). I just walked away and I?m never going here again and I strongly recommend no one else does either.

Always love popping in here on my lunchbreak or after I have finished work.They had their Xmas themed doughnuts in today so ended up buying 4 doughnuts instead of 1.The lady who served me, Jojo was lovely. Her team member Ian has served me in the past and he is always nice as well.Parking: If its a weekday not in the holidays you can find a parking space easy for the Selfridges car park.Kid-friendliness: Kids are very welcome in all of SelfridgesWheelchair accessibility: Very easy for a Wheelchair to access Krispy Kreme here in Selfridges.
