Absolutely DREADFUL place. Phone is left off the hook. I know this because I went in after trying to call ALL day and rang it whilst I was in there, lo and behold the phone didn?t ring. Funny. Staff are not helpful they spend the time moaning about doing their jobs. No idea why they work there then if they hate it so much. Pharmacist himself is rude and makes a lot of sighing noises, perhaps go work in an office sitting down if doing your actual job is such an inconvenience.

Phone constantly engaged, I believe its left off the hook so it doesn't need to be answered by staff. Very frustrating when your waiting to see if your prescription is ready and already wasted a few journeys going to the shop and being told it isn't.

Asked for advice regarding a particular medication. I bought the medication based on the pharmacist's advice, but then looked it up online. Turns out the medication could have had dangerous side effects. I returned for a refund... The pharmacist didn't apologise or even acknowledge what I was saying. Simply gave me a disdainful look. Unbelievable.

Was a great chemist till my new assistant dog was refused entry due to staff member being allregic which is illegal under the equality act of 2010!

Not impressed with the service at all. It concluded a very stressful evening and early morning. After being up half the night and early hours of Saturday morning with my son. I contacted the 111 service to finally get an out of hours appointment at Solihull hospital. We waited a long time to be seen because of backlogs, then to rush to the pharmacy with ten minutes to spare. Handed in my son?s prescription only to be greeted with huffs and puffs from the pharmacist as he looked at the clock. I was then asked if I wanted to make up the antibiotics myself? I have never done this before and asked what I had to do. The pharmacist responded ?you just add 80ml of water and shake?. This was because they wanted to shut the pharmacy. After the poor service I visited the Boots pharmacy which is just up the street and closes the same time to purchase Ibuprofen for my son. The lady behind the counter was lovely and served me promptly.

Fabulous service. My mother was very distressed due to her doctor's messing about issuing all her prescription for the 2nd time. They went above and beyond to make sure it was sorted out for her. I can't thank them enough

Ridiculous hours closed at 4pm and doesnt open sundays not very good when the docs send ur prescription there at 3.50 on a saturday is it. You need to be open the same hours as the local doctors

This is the best pharmacy I?ve ever used. Never have a problem. Always friendly and happy to help. The chap called Daniel is especially helpful, as is Mark the pharmacist. Recommended!

Used to be the best pharmacy and the staff were brilliant. Recently getting repeat scrips is becoming more problematic and 25% they do not have one item in stock. This happened yesterday evening item not in stock and no help on the subject offered. I said I was going to talk to someone today about it and the staff, one member in particular were so rude that I have decided to never go there again.

When I have a prescription the doctor or nurse send the prescription to knights pharmacy and the prescription helps me alot.THANKS ALOT TO KNIGHTS PHARMACY ??
