I went to Kizuri Hair and Beauty Salon for treatment, silk press and trim for an event. I was met by lovely ladies who were very polite and accommodating. I was able to book a free consultation appointment to discuss the best course of action for my hair care. She gave me great professional advice and booked me in for an official appointment just in time for my event. 10/20 would recommend to a friend. Thank you ladies!

I live in the States and have worn my hair natural for 9.5 years. My graduation from University of Birmingham was set for Dec 2023 and I needed a silk press - there no way my curls would fit under the floppy hat I rented/hired. Between my travel plans and the weather, I needed a stylist in BHam to assist. After reviewing ALL the choices, I selected Kizuri & reached out via Whatsapp. They communicated with me promptly before my travel, assessed my hair via photo, and assured me they would do a silkpress. And sure enough, they did an amazing job! The hair was silky and remained flawless despite all the rain (yes, RAIN!) and cold. Everyone in the States was very very impressed and send a big kudos to Kizuri! I washed and my curls popped right back into place. Perfection.

Absolutely fantastic experience! I am very apprehensive going to hairdressers due to bad experiences with the handling of my very thick and natural hair. But today, everything was great. The hairdresser managed and looked after my hair beautifully. I had the hair washing of a lifetime ? and the most beautiful silk press. I look forward to starting my healthy hair journey xx

She was nice welcoming and gentle with my hair and responded to all my hair question without frustrationsSalonnice clean friendly. I noticed they keep the door locked I am guessing it is for safety reason. I went at 9.30 amNice and peaceful vibes in the hair salonLocation:On the high street you can park for a max of an hour but there is a parking nearby ( church road) I paid around 2pounds for 5 hours. Terrible and scamming, discriminatory salon. From an Afro hair care salon, I would patronised by non Afro specialist for not accepting add on treatments with my procedure. I have been on a healthy hair journey with a registered tribologist who advised me to get my straightening treatment done professionally. I had recently been getting treatment with the salon and shared my advice from my trichologist. They refused to support my journey and told me that I will not be able to do any procedure on my hair, unless I book in at £60 treatment first. To which I replied, I have been on a course of treatment for three months, and I have advised me to get a treatment from yourselves. If I did not pay the additional £60 that I would not be willing to do anything with my hair as I had gone to a professional instead of using their selves.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I?ve been to a lot of hair dresses in Birmingham and non of them come close to these guys absolute stars, I always have Amanda do my hair and she does it perfect every time I?ve never left disappointed! Always nice and welcoming too! So worth the money! Always fast too! 1 hour it takes Amanda to blow dry and straighten! And she doesn?t even rush! And my hair is XL!
