Do not recommend at all. It took 40 minutes to be served, yet after an hour of being there our drinks still hadn’t arrived, let alone food. You are only allocated an hour slot. I want to share an important warning for anyone, especially local teenagers, who may be considering applying for a job at this kitty café. They advertise jobs and invite young people in for what they call a “trial shift.” Unfortunately, this is nothing more than a way for them to get a full day of free labour.
Absolutely aweful experience yesterday at the Kitty cafe in Birmingham, far too many ppl there it was obviously massively overbooked, we waited 25 minutes all crammed into a busy corridor just to be seated and 2 families got seated before us, the excuse given for 1 of them was they had children when I literally had 2 children... read full comment
