Finally leaving this pharmacist after several years of incompetence & a snotty pharmacist who can't wait to get you off the phone.Have no idea how it is award winning.Constantly texting me to tell me the doctor hadn't authorised my prescriptions.Then I call my doctors and am told the authorisations were sent over a week ago.Then I call the pharmacist to ask why I receiving texts about missing prescription authorisations when the actual prescriptions are ready in the pharmacists.This has happened at least a dozen times. The pharmacist never apologises. He actually sighed over the phone to me.I'm changing to another pharmacist. Should have done it years ago.

These guys are the kindness and most friendly bunch of people, they have the most have amazingly patience and understanding, after having awful experiences at another pharmacy i decided to come back to my family pharmcy and will never move from here again (dispite me living in Harborne) they go out there way to help you and the team are such a friendy bunch its an absolute pleasure to attend here and pick up my medicaion. Thankyou!!!

I look at reviews before I visit somewhere, just in case. I needn't have worried, this place is amazing. The Receptionist is a real Gem, don't ever leave please. I tried my local surgery, but thier only open surgery hous, & not open Sats. They do flu jabs. But King's do both, CV & F Jabs. If you work shifts & you need booster jabs etc., Thier open Sats. Yes, just walk in & get both at the same time! Service here is 10*. I'll be back next year. I reccomend this Chemist to any person who hasn't got time to go to two places, when you can get both at one, without an appointment. Wish all places were like this.

We use this chemist to drop off our parents prescriptions. Living in Surrey, I need peace of mind knowing that I can rely on the chemist to deliver the medication in a timely way. My mum ran out of so many of her tablets and did not have any left. The chemist did not deliver for over two weeks and eventually my brother had to go and collect them. This has happened so many times now. I would much rather they just say no than take the prescription and not deliver

The staff here are so helpful and friendly! The shop islef is well laid out, clean and bright for those who may need to wait. Though service is usually very fast. There's a great selection on the shelves from teeth whiteners to supplements, from sanitary product to wheelchairs!! Will definitley return. Wish my local pharmacy was this good!

This pharmacy is a pure delight to visit ! They really know how to look after there customers .There customer service is top notchAll staff are friendly and helpful . ABig shout out to the very helpful blonde lady who goes above and beyond to greet all customers with a friendly smile.It's a definite 10/10 from me

A big thank you to the friendly lady at King's Opticians who kindly replaced both nose grips on my glasses today when I went in for help about one of them, which was so badly damaged it was scratching my skin and very uncomfortable. She not only replaced both but also tightened the arms and polished the lenses free of charge ?

Brilliant service from the ladies at Kings Opticians in Cotteridge. I was so impressed with the range of glasses available and they really took the time to help me choose something suitable. The optometrist was equally helpful in explaining the different lens types and checked that the glasses I had chosen fitted correctly. I have been wearing glasses for nearly 30 years and this is the best experience I've had at an opticians. Well done Kings Opticians, I will definitely be returning.

Had to give one rating couldnt do review without it I want to give no review from day one joining this pharmacist it?s been one headache after another they suppose to order my prescription and I pick up every 4wks it?s never ready at times they haven?t even requested from the gp they seem to have taken on more patients than they can handle but the icing on the cake is!!!!the work they carrying out there workmen here there everywhere you can?t here yourself think just paid £23 to clean my car and the gobs*** e workman splattered sawdust all over my car with certain staff think it?s funny and shrugging it off laughing I was warned about joining kings I should have taken note!!!lesson learned there?s no order no organisation there they say yes your prescription is ready you go to collect and they can?t find it what a joke if a business

Really nice and friendly staff but collected prescription today which is meant to last 3 months but the medication expires at the end of this month. I won?t feel comfortable taking this as it may be less effective. I had previously got given the wrong type of medication so I make sure I always check the type now, but didn?t think to check the expiry! Aren?t the checks done by the pharmacy staff? It?s difficult to find time to keep coming back, and there?s a danger someone may not notice their medication is wrong.
