Tracy was so welcoming and helpful when I started using the pharmacy. Tracy and her colleague are always friendly, professional and polite and serve all their customers quickly and efficiently. The pharmacist was also very helpful and friendly too. It is a pleasure to visit the pharmacy.

Staff are really nice here, far better place to get prescriptions too... Lloyd's seem to wait til you turn up then while seemingly doing nothing but chat have you waiting forever to put it together but here it's ready for you when you land...... Gotta say thanx too for the smoking clinic... After 42 years of smoking, with the support here and the free patches I've now in my 3rd week off cigarettes and £250 better off... Feel much better too so Thankyou guys

Great shop, lovely staff was there the other day needed help with mobility and pads for my mother the lady that helped me was Jenny, She took the time to help me with different things and helped with the pads which i needed. would recommend friends and family if needed to go. thank you

I use the pharmacy at weoley Castle Square. Always a friendly service from staff a Rachel and Elise they are very helpful with helping me ordering my next prescription.I will continue to use King's pharmacy at weoley Castle for as long as I need to.Thank you to lovely staff who help with my needs

Worst ever service!My mom's (aged 85) critical medicine (Prochlorperazine) was finished. GP prescribed online. I visited the pharmacy and was given one of the two medicines. After inquiring on the same time, the staff checked and confirmed me that no other medication! I contacted the GP and was told that both medicines were prescribed. I called the pharmacy and after checking into the system was told that they didn't have the other medicine that is why not given! No apology and was guided to come again and collect the printed prescription. I collected and came home (no apology). I called to some other pharmacies and one of these confirmed that medicine is available (6:00pm). I drove to that pharmacy but told that Kings Pharmacy hasn't released this prescription into NHS system yet, they can't dispense this medicine to me (6:15pm). I called the King's pharmacy but it was closed!RIDICULOUS AND NO APOLOGY AT ALL!I WOULD GIVE THEM MINUS STARS IF POSSIBLE!

When I pick up my prescription they didn't put my prescription and my mum is looking for it and I didn't catch what the lady was saying to me when I pick up my prescription and I have to go there tomorrow to get my repeat prescription because my mum ask for it

Visited the Cotteridge branch of Kings for travel vaccinations. Service was great from the pharmacy, we were fitted in at short notice, appointment was on time. Pharmacist was really helpful, and knowledgeable. Would definitely return and 100% recommend.

I had a very bad experience with king?s. Every time I called them before collection of prescription they always say ?yes it is ready you can collect anytime? but when I reached to collect they have out of stock. It?s been many time I haven?t got my medicine on time.also sometime they never give u all the medicine and always give cheap brand. And sometime when they say come back for this med which is out of stock next day u come back and they say sorry we don't have ur medicine we never got any on our system which mean. They give less medicine , cheap brand , and make costumer liar . I rather go back to Lloyds latest they don't liar and give full medicines .
