I really don't know why people leaving negative review on this dentist because for me I swear I've not had same dentist like this for awhile everytime I tried to get appointments with other dentist they were refusing me telling me that only private patients can book but luckily I found this one and visit them the receptionist was very friendly and kind then I've met someone called rohan gandhi and he's team meat this guy was unbelievable he actually made me smile again I'm seeing him the second appointment in two weeks I really can't wait and can't thank these people enough ?? ? ? ? ? ?? ??

Professionalism at its best- suffering from an infected wisdom tooth? tried everything rang 111 my gp every nhs dentist was fully booked next available appointment wasn't till next month! Staff were polite, great with kids - my daughter was well chuffed with her frozen sticker!

I hadn't seen the dentist or hygienist for quite some time. Always apprehensive when seeing the dentist, but all went well! Dentist was professional and communicated well and made me aware of any issues with my teeth / gums. I have to give a special mention to Sharon the hygienist. Very thorough and professional and so full of knowledge. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to based on the service I received from Sharon. keep up the great work!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Complete lack of regard for patients and their needs. I was dropped as a patient without warning and receptionist was so rude when I tried to book in. She informed me that I was not to be informed when I was dropped as a patient. ? This is beyond professional!! Luckily they are no longer accepting new patients so save your time and look elsewhere.

I was registered with this practice 10 years ago, the service was excellent. I was extremely happy to find out (after one short short call) I could re-register after being away. I was even more delighted to find the practice has kept up their standards. All the staff have been extremely, helpful, friendly, professional and kind. Highly recommended.

Not sure why those reviews are so negative. I registered with this practice when all others were telling me they were ?full? and unable to register me as an NHS patient, but I could register as a ?private? patient. Both receptions were extremely helpful, The Denist I saw was first class, in my opinion the service is/was excellent and the receptionist are very welcoming.

No empathy not very caring have left me in agony till next appointment. I explained how much pain I was in an they treated me like an after thought. I also explained i was nervous and the level of service i have received is disgraceful. How can you work in a field where people are at their most vulnerable and be so uncaring, rude and have no bedside matter.They told me I was an emergency appointment they only had 5 minutes and had a other patients to see - my appointment was at 3pm i was out by 3.03pm. They Have no customer service skills and I am left desperately searching for a new dentist. I would strongly recommend not using this dentist and if this is how they treat adults well then there's no hope for nervous children.

After waiting 4 months for our appointment it was cancelled 24hrs before, we waited another 4 months and again 2 hours before cancelled, I told the receptionist this and said it seemed a bit coincidental and she replied in a raised voice ARE YOU ACCUSING ME OF LYING?! I said no I wasn?t it just wasn?t good practice, especially as it?s my daughters first time, and twice now we?ve built her up to see the dentist and both times it?s been cancelled.Receptionist needs training on how to speak to people but unfortunately I asked her to take us of the records as we won?t be returningAVOID!!

This used to be the best dentist around now you can?t even get an appointment! Booked an appointment for myself and my family at the beginning of the year and had to wait 4 months for an appointment, the day before the appointment they called and cancelled. We rebooked and again had to wait around 4 months, 2 hours before our appointment they called and said they had to cancel our appointment. The receptionist was stuck up and snotty, really rude when we said this is twice now it?s been cancelled and she was raising her voice down the phone. I?ve been with this dentist since I was a kid and never had problems till recently.

I used to be wary of going to the dentist, but on being greeted by the friendly and very pleasant Receptionists to my very kind and helpful Dentist I no longer have any worries on going to this practice. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful
