Please don?t be fooled when the lady tells you there is a wait for chicken breasts! My husband is disabled and we were told to wait 12 minutes for chicken breast! When we got home with our order we had been given chicken legs and thighs. Shocking avoid and go somewhere else this is the worst KFC I have ever been to and filthy ! The window on the drive through looks like it has never been cleaned! Avoid ?????????????????

The worst experience ever.Took kid to eat there on 31st December, received a parking fine today because parked over an hour. I'm not from local and we have toddlers with us the meal took us longer than usual.This is the only restaurant I have ever been which only allows to park for an hour, for the period we were there, no staff once warned us about this, I had absolutely no idea about this condition. The sign regarding this condition is tiny on the lamppost, I only figured out after received the fine. Also there were many options we wanted were not available there on the day as well.

Went in tonight ordered fries cost £1.99p for a pack of 12 chips! Unbelievable person who served me was miserable and not very helpfull can,t believe kfc charging 2 quid for tiny packrt of chipx. Won,t bother again. ?.

Ordered the stuffing stacker meal no stuffing the chicken was dry over done asked for no dressing on one item but put it on . Bit disappointed ? not what I expected nearly £28pound for something that was poorly donePlease read when asked not to put dressing on one and Please add the stuffing that was on the menu this is not cheap so would like what I asked for

Possibly the worst KFC in Birmingham I always have issues when buying from here weather in person or through uber. Every time I go here there is something missing or food is cold. I've had chicken missing (pieces like 1/2) so not counted correctly, a wrap missing, chips missing, hot wings missing and cold chips and cold mini fillets all on different occasions to each other.On this occasion I ordered a 10 piece bucket but only got a 6 piece but never noticed until I got home and was not about to go back to argue with the staff.I'm sure the staff have been changed as don't recognise them from before they are not as bad as before but they still make so many mistakes. I am now not going to shop here anymore and am now going to try a different KFC when I next order even at a cost to my self. Just best to stay clear of this place or make sure you double check before you leave.
