Unless you want 5 cold fries, stiff cold chicken n the wrong order...oh n to sit waiting while they bring you someone's else order go here, run by teenyboppers who don't know what sweet n sour sauce is?

Reviewing this place for the service given me Aybe, one of your employees.
He served me and his customer service is excellent. I then observed him going about his business whilst I was eating and he was working like a trooper and appears to have an awesome work ethic.
Bravo Aybe you are an asset to the company, and if that 10 minutes is a snapshot into how you conduct yourself on a day to day basis, you should go far!

Constantly get orders wrong, had a delivery last night, missing and wrong items delivered which arrived stone cold after almost an hour. Ordered through the app and called the number to complain and was told nothing they can do then hung up on us.
Only use if you pick up through the restaurant and double check your order in front of the counter otherwise avoid.
Edit to owner: I did use the kfc app and I did call to complain - I was told there was nothing they could do and then hung up on us. Not acceptable

Just came to get some food from drive through order some food and one on my kids wanted to add something to the order but the way we get like poked at by the server and one other member of staff who was making the food was very rude not happy at all

I visited the drive through this afternoon 3 o'clock ish.
I wasn't feeling well and the young man at the service hatch was kind.
Nothing too much trouble. Brought my food out polite and good service

Morgan is a liar and rude, shes the manager and has no clue about customer service skills. I rang about food that is potentially undercooked, she hung up on me and rejected my next 4 calls back. I was polite and courteous but after she hung up on me I saw red so went to the store to speak face to face. She avoided me in the back and did not once come to apologise for her behaviour and then her staff lied to me saying the phone has issues, lol like I was born yesterday. Rubbish experience. Go to another KFC, this store is a disgrace.

Been hear for many years and always been decent. The last few months have been shocking. Always check your order as these guys seem keep forgetting to put all my order in the bag which has resulted in a family member each time having no dinner. I?ve mentioned this to them the last few times and still keeps happening so I?m now sure they are doing this on purpose as they are not even shocked now when I go back to complain. Full of young kids who haven?t a clue what there doing.
My advise is don?t go or if your desperate at least check your order in front of them

staff very friendly and helpful using trialling using the app again! I have tried the app before (two years ago) and gave up on it after a few, seemingly successful attempts, and then having to order in the store. Tried the app again only because as you cannot tell if a branch does certain offers. Now I can see if any offers are available locally rather than arriving only to find out they don't. Much friendlier use of the technology now. and better experience.
