I went to this particular brand a few times, the service was outstanding. Food was really good, Wasim in particular was very friendly, caring and provided me with an excellent service. I would recommend anyone to this branch, Wasim was excellent and i hope to come back again

I went to this kfc towards the end near the time of close. Wasim and yusuf were so accommodating , polite and efficient they still took our orders and made us a fresh order even though it was close to their close and let us take a seat while waiting. Amazing service!

I went to kfc today and romana was so rude she was arguing with me over a misunderstanding which she wanted to be right in. Luckily another guy stepped in who sorted everything out. I have been to this kfc many times and the last time I went romana was so nice and I even gave her a good review but today she totally switched.

I placed an order and waited for 20 mins the staff name Charlie informed me that gravy was not available. She was selling the different adds. This was made to cancelled the entire order. The service was so horrible and staff members were so unprofessional I would definitely not recommend to anyone to visit this place.

I recently visited Heybarnes KFC, and I must say, it was an absolutely stellar experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked through the door, the restaurant was spotless, the staff was friendly, and the aroma of freshly cooked chicken set the stage for a delicious meal.
What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service provided by Manager Lee. Lee was a beacon of positivity and professionalism, greeting customers warmly and ensuring everything ran like clockwork. Despite a busy lunch rush, Lee made it a point to check in with tables, making sure everyone was happy and satisfied. It?s rare to see someone so genuinely invested in their customers' experience, and it didn?t go unnoticed.
The food, as always, was everything you?d hope for from KFC. Crispy, golden chicken with all the flavours you know and love, paired with fluffy mashed potatoes and gravy that tasted like a warm hug. Everything was piping hot and fresh, and the service was surprisingly quick given the crowd.
Lee?s leadership clearly reflects in the staff as well. Everyone was smiling, polite, and eager to assist. It?s rare to see a team work so seamlessly together, and I have no doubt it?s because of the positive energy Lee brings to the restaurant.
I?ll definitely be back soon, and I?ll be telling everyone I know about this amazing KFC?and Manager Lee?s outstanding service! Thank you for making my visit so memorable! ??

Ordered a mighty bucket for one great service from Lee and Rayhan, cleanliness was on point and chicken was up to standard piping hot.
