Hi can I start like everyone else simple order was twice rejected as wrong . I had mashed potato instead of corn . The chicken tasted bland and not fresh. one piece was worse than a cheap fried chicken shop . Are the staff doing part time jobs behind the counter as they seem non interested. However they were not impolite . I don't understand how it's this bad when Solihull and others are so much better in all ways .

Two times in a row they have missed items off my delivery order. What use is your chicken without gravy? Or fries? Are your staff managed at all? Absolutely terrible
