Completely disgusting, from service to food the whole experience was awful. All food was cold, fillet burger wasn't at all fresh, the bun was hard round the edges. Krushem had no lid on properly so it went all over my car. Some staff members require re-training as they are clueless and very rude. There is no communication. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, I waited a further 10 minutes for 2 Krushems that were brought to me one by one.
I WOULD SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER EVER EATING FROM THIS KFC AGAIN.

The manager was very rude when Iam asking opening time google says open at 9am I came there at 11 he was treated as vey very rude

SHOCKING SERVICE! Visited on 5th January 2025, ordered a trilogy box meal with a barbecue dip and fillet burger. I was given a zinger burger, no dip and popcorn chicken which I didn't ask for. Workers are starting to get sloppy and lazy.

Not sure what the issue was but the fries and chicken did not taste Great
The usual KFC flavour was lacking along with the seasoning on the fries
Everything tasted like old oil had been used to fry which was a shame as this KFC is usually my go to

I've eaten here plenty of times before. All was what you'd expect from a KFC. However, on my last visit, one staff member let the place down with her lack of customer service skills. Let me explain.....
I ordered my food on the self-service screen. Whilst I was finding my table and settling in, I heard the staff member call out my order number (once only). Because I didn't instantly appear at the counter to collect my food, she walked away, leaving the food unattended. I went to the counter and was left standing there, ignored, until another staff member attended to me. When that staff member pointed out to her that I was standing there, she turned to her and dismissively stated, in clear ear shot of me, "He didn't answer." She then turned back around and carried on with what she was doing. I was so annoyed and shocked. All I could say was, "I was here."
That is very poor customer service.

Ordered £175.00 worth of food for a group of autistic students and the delivery driver never turned up!!! And refused a refund. So disappointed and upset for the students!!! Not good enough KFC PERRY BARR!

Can't fault the service but the food was awful, paid £20.47 for a wrap meal, a fillet burger and 3 mini fillets. The wrap meal was really small and the burger looked like it was thrown together from 3 feet away, the only good thing was the mini fillets

Food is a hit and miss if you get it delivered, it arrives mostly mild hot and the burgers being on the smaller side.
