Excellent independent pharmacy with friendly and helpful staff. The owner Suleman is an extremely knowledgeable and personable man. He treats his customers with great respect as individuals, and always makes time for any questions or concerns they may have. Highly recommended.

My dad is 88 he has shingles and they promised to deliver the remaining tablets that are short of. They Left my 87 mother on hold for 10 mins then hung up. Dishonesty, by saying they have the medication and it's Saturday so this is poor service. If communication was good we could of taken the prescription elsewhere.

Staff need to be more thorough. Constantly having wasted journeys to get prescription medication and being told ' doctors hasn't sent It through' for me to ring the doctors and find out they have and that k&k have all of a sudden found it. The staff also refused to give my daughter a cream that was prescribed because the ointment version came through even though if they look at her history she had both of them anyway and it's exactly the same but they'd rather see my 2 year old suffer. Then a few weeks later they decided they could swap it because they didn't have it in stock. Also bought medication from here in the past and I'm not asked any routine questions or told any information. I bought medication when I was pregnant and then luckily read it whilst still in the chemist. Staff need further training& to actually wake up.

What is the problem with your delivery driverOn numerous occasions they have knocked the door and by the time you answer prescription order is left outside and no one insightMaybe wait for a couple of minutes before leaving order just incase no ones inWhat happens if no ones in and order is left it could be stolenPoor service!!

I have used K&K for many years, and have no complaints. Staff are helpful and friendly treat you more like a friend then a customer. There delivery service is excellent and the delivery drivers and lovely. Keep up the good work.
