Love this place! I?ve been going to them for about a year now, and the staff are always friendly and professional. Initially went to them to cut my hair from long to a short bob and they got exactly what I was going for. Have also recently had a balayage done with Stacey which turned out amazingly despite my really dark hair, and have continued going back to her for regular colour and cut top ups ever since. Good haircut but my hairdresser didn't fully understand how to style curly hair. She brushed out my fine curly hair and then applied curl cream and explained how it would clump itself. I walked out with frizzy, brushed out, undefined curls.Though Joshua Shaun was a good experience, in terms of professionalism and the environment, I just felt that I didn't walk out feeling confident: I went straight to work and wetted my hair so it would clump properly and form more defined curls. I payed for a styling service but then had to restyle it myself. I do recognise that I could have said something and I am sure the lovely staff would have tried to rectify this but I didn't know how to explain to a hair stylist that they were doing it wrong for my hair type.

Beautiful salon and excellent service! I'd booked in for a mid length cut and blow dry and Laura did an absolutely exquisite job.
