Had 3 winter coats dry cleaned - have one back with a hole and did not even bother tho get rid of fluff. One coat had dirt on it too. Did a terrible job.

I brought in my tuxedo for just ironing yesterday and today I picked it up hoping it had been ironed to a proper extent but as i was wearing I realized it was looked same as before I dropped it off and the trousers even were still creased , 18 pounds I paid for just ironing . Do not recommend at all

I haven't used their dry cleaning services, so I can't comment on that aspect. However, I did visit their store once to send a DPD package, and I received very good service.

I would give zero star if that would be possible! First I was given a price between 19 and 22 £ for cleaning a new mink blanket by a welcoming young lady. The next day an elderly staff would tell me 25 £. Both were present when I told the elderly staff that I was told the day before the other prices mentioned. She did not give an answer to my question.
The worst happened when I picked the mink blanket up. The new plastic cover where the mink blacket was placed in was ripped off! I ask the lady who was serving if she saw it that it was ripped of leaving a hole and she didn't even answer me. Asking for another plastic wrap she said they don't have anything to cover it up. No apologies was mentioned. At home I discovered by unpacking that the entire seam was off and at some point ripped apart. I was so angry how they treated my new blanket and the protective cover that I will be never again use this unprofessional business again, not in Harborne nor anywhere else in the UK.
Stay away or have a good lawyer to deal with them. The seam couldn't be rescued said the Taylor.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I recently had the opportunity to pick up my Ikea delivery from this store, and I must say, my experience was completely different from what I expected based on the Google reviews. The lady at the store was wonderful?warm, welcoming, and very professional. She made the whole process smooth and pleasant.
Given some of the negative feedback I saw online, I was prepared for a less-than-ideal experience, but it was quite the opposite! The service was top-notch, and I left the store with a smile on my face.
I highly recommend giving them a chance; my experience was nothing short of excellent.

2 pair of trousers identical but diffrent colours dry clean and press 1pair with center crease 1 pair not... never in my 70 years have I known a dry cleaners not press in creases and my trousers press at home puts in sharper creases no wonder only

The worst experience ever. Went to wash my puffer since it have had some water stains visible due to bad washing machine at home. Payed £35 for nothing the same stains as well as isn?t fully dried from an inside just chunks of feathers but before there was similar situation with puffer and another service removed all those stains as well as dried it properly? Really rude staff literally waste of time and money. Also, the bag in which the puffer was brought was just thrown away and they didn?t even provide any extra bad to collect the pufferReally disappointing and expensive. Don?t come if you really care abt your clothes and don?t want to pay for nothing?.

Closed 30min before advertised closing time on 10/08/2022 with no prior notice other than an making one?s way to the shop to find it closed! How difficult is it to update customers who have outstanding items to collect?No collection facility when dropping items, this whole business has an outdated model and is overpriced (£8.5 to clean a pair of trousers, with standard food stains and no guarantee that it will work)?

Have used Johnsons a fair few times over the years, good service but has with everything prices have risen I had 3 suits cleaned cost £51.00 I suppose there are places cheaper but it's near to where I live so I used it.
