Went in to buy/order some flowers. The lady that approached me (white, older lady, shoulder length blonde hair, medium height and build) was SO rude: she put me OFF from buying flowers. SERVICE WITH A SMILE could never be more important. Went to Roses Florists and had much better service there. Avoid this place if you want to be spoken to with respect and treated like a valued customer.

I ordered flowers to cheer up my Sister who is going through a rough patch and within hours they were delivered. She is so pleased with them they are absolutely beautiful. Thankyou so much

My go to florist and hands down the best I've been to. Quality and price are unmatched! Jo and her team never disappoints.Jo- I came back today to buy more flowers but you were closed so I went to Kingstanding florist and never again! I will show you when I am back.I regret not buying the 3rd bunch yesterday.

Provided flowers for my Father in Laws funeral, helpful when we went into the shop to order, delivered to funeral directors for us on the morning of the funeral and we were really happy with the flowers. Thank you so much. Would recommend.

Brilliant service, a beautiful wreath which I ordered over the phone and was delivered in good time before my former neighbours funeral on aug 7th, to SCM funeral directors on the college rd, plus my message written down on the card. I highly recommend Joanne's florist to anyone!

Acknowledging that 21st Century business life has it's cost and expenses to bear. a charge £4.95 for a delivery charge for a 2 minute return journey is unreasonable. Call handler showed no flexibility and offered no concession. Clearly did not want my money or business.

The hat box bouquet was as beautiful as the photo on website. The recipient was very pleased with them. This was an easy online transaction and very helpful with the delivery.
