I ordered something I needed urgently for a special occasion. They said it would arrive in 2 to 3 working days, but it took nearly two weeks ? which made it pointless for me in the end.
When I followed up, they tried to act like it had already arrived. I told them they should have contacted me, as they originally promised to do.
Also, the store is very disorganised. The craziest part is the fitting room ? you can?t even get in because there are so many items piled on the floor right in front of the door.
Very disappointing experience overall.

Pathetic and disgusting customer service from small heath JD store. The manager Curtis, made me feel very uncomfortable. He had 5 staff wandering around and when requested for a fitting room facility for the 2 young kids his reaction was we only have one staff on floor. Then he got one smelly bearded guy and he started to pat down clothes when taking in changing room. Baffling experience, they need to upgrade their communication and social skills, they need to learn from Fort JD store, normal go to store.

Worst JD I been to in my life. Pointless even being open only havr xxxxxxl sizes. This will never be the king of trainers reminded me of a sports direct or old jjb sports. Jd just wasting money on this store!!!!

This must be the most unprofessional store I?ve ever been too staff are so rude and need to be trained correctly in common basics on how talk to customers staff behind counter in there phones texting away when you try talk to them they tell you to wait

I will never use this JD Sports again. The staff were rude and condescending. They practically accused my friend of being dishonest. They checked every note for forgery 3 times. I understand them checking but 3 times? They said its policy however the customer in front of us paid over £500 all in £20's not 1 was checked. Dropped the cream tracksuit she had bought on the floor (no apology) Refused to give their 1st name when I asked againd stating that policy says they don't have to although JD website says differently.

The worst jd sprots ever all the Asian staff are clowns. No manners no respect. Most of the can't even use a till. 25min wait for my trainers. Avoid this place

Honestly feel anxious shopping in JD everytime I go to any branch , the customer service is atrocious , this particular branch the staff act like they are being forced to work against their will , no customer service at all always chatting away on the tills n ignoring customers as if they are working in a fish market, aggressive and realy rude Not very approachable at all, realy puts you off shopping here , but it?s the only local one, no Thankyou , no hi , no manners at all especially on the tills , you won?t even get eye contact when they are serving you seem more interested in gazing at the walls , please avoid rather shop online if you want to purchase overpriced goods from them
