I?m honestly embarrassed by the service at Birmingham Airport. I bought shorts at the airport shop, but the staff forgot to remove the security tags. I couldn?t use the shorts and it was super frustrating. Very disappointing experience

5 stars go to Liam. My wife left her hat in the store when passing through, phoned when we got home and they still had it. Returned to the airport and Liam was a star and came out to give it to us. Absolute gent! Did also buy some crocs when passing through and they are also great.

Manager rude mumbling swear words under her breath as a result of asking what time they open only because they was still closed and according to the opening time online it was ment to be open.

Staff finish their own conversations before serving customers, and then didn?t take the security tags off the stuff. Will need to now find a JDs overseas to get them off.

Small store quite compact, mostly ranges based in going on holiday which makes sense. Men's, women's and kids. Variety of brands with Nike, Adidas, EA7, McKenzie, Lacoste. Sadly I had a disappointing experience with getting some items. Rang the store a day before to check trainers in size, was told plenty of my size. Arrived the following morning 12 hrs after calling. They didn't have any of my size except a display shoe all covered in make-up. Disappointing, I also had no staff ask if I wanted anything as they continued a conversation across the shop and shouting to each other like I was in the way. I'd suggest reserving something if you want to buy something specific because the prices are actually cheaper than the high street but don't want to be disappointed.
