I have click & collected from this JD around 3/4 times now, each time I have to wait 10/15 for them to bring my order out. Not sure if they're back there stitching the clothes but it shouldn't take that long to pick up a packaged parcel & bring it to me. They need to make this process a lot more efficient, whole point of click & collect is it is a fast process with minimal time wasting.

I made it clear I needed a gift receipt when paying. I got an electronic receipt. I then asked for the physical gift receipt only having to wait over 15 mins for a manager to arrive then a further 10 minutes for the manager to refund my account. Please provide better training for all staff including managers. This is really poor customer service. Please use any other Jd store as this one is extremely unprofessional

Absolutely horrendous service, waited 25 mins for 3 pair of shoes. 1st shoe only display for sales, 2nd shoe they couldn?t find the right foot, 3rd trainers it felt like they went to make the trainers. Shocking

Since this JD has had a refurbish the service is rubbish, I waited over 40mins for my daughter?s shoes. It?s disappointing for a jd store to take this long and when ask how long all they would reply is we don?t know all the trainers are all over the place. Why is this store opened if the stock room isn?t sorted ???

I had a great experience at JD Sports Fort Birmingham thanks to Demi! She was so friendly and welcoming, with a lovely smile that instantly made me feel comfortable. Not only was her customer service spot-on, but I also have to say?her nails were absolutely gorgeous! It?s the little things that make a difference, and Demi really stood out. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!

I had a click and collect from this JD Sports Store for my Nike Airmax trainers
When i took my sealed bag trainers home
I opened the package and seen that there was 1 of each different trainer in my order
I returned back to the store and was told to return the next day
However upon returning the following day i was told i have to come back the following day and see the store manager
So 3 days later i returned to the store and after waiting half an hour for the Manager to check CCTV footage i was told indirectly that i switched the trainers myself
I quickly realised that the manager was looking after her own Staff and eventually contacted JD sports Customer Care who gave me a QR Code for returns and recieved my full Refund
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PURCHASE THERE AND THEN BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.

On top of JD's top level pricing, the service was appalling. Long waits to purchase products while numbers of staff were visibly wandering around on the floor...and a manager that simply cruised around taking no notice of customers standing in a queue for ten minutes or more. Will avoid wherever possible.

I've been to JD Sports a few times looking for something new to wear, and I'm so glad I walked into Alan, one of the staff members. Alan really took customer service to the next level. Instead of just pointing me to the shelves, he helped me find and choose the right tech fleece that suited me and fit perfectly.
Not only that, he offered to order it directly from the warehouse?brand new, clean, and untouched?and had it delivered straight to my doorstep with no issues. He also told me about the JD STATUS discounts I didn?t know about, like the 10% JD cash on my first purchase.
After all that, I genuinely think Alan deserves a pay rise for the best customer service I?ve ever had at any retail store ?.
