I?ve been a loyal customer for years since the first Java Cafe and have always had good service and coffee. Unfortunately, this evening had the worst service, which has now put me off ever going back to the Moseley branch. There?s a young man working there who rushed our drinks and became very aggressive/rude when we told him the Spanish Latte did not have enough coffee. Before we could say anything he started shouting telling us we are lying and should pay for a new one if we don?t like it. His friends who were all males sitting on the side were his target audience to entertain by being rude to female customers. Over all, this branch has a very uncomfortable atmosphere with all the creepy men congregating and staring at women as mentioned by previous reviews.

Great coffees, would give 5* but they don?t provide high chairs. Price of coffee is slightly higher than average.

A complaint!
I'm one of your most loyal customers, yet, I recently had a very horrible experience with one that claims to be the owner of the coffee shop!
As a manager myself I don't believe any manager would behave and treat his customers this way.
I chose not to mention my story in here as I do respect this coffeeshop and I also believe nothing is perfect, yet I think no one should go through the same experience that I had, so I want to reach to the owner "Akram" himself and tell him what happened.
