Customer service not great, food arrived late.
Also heard they use other business to provide the food.. and do not pay them. Avoid if they approach you to work with them. Inbox me fore more info.
Did try to add this to there profile. But they remove it and block you.

I had a great experience using this company to order a working lunch. Individual platters in this 'new normal' was a great touch, it meant everyone got their food separately, in a neat container and could eat in a socially distanced manner. The food itself was absolutely delicious, the sandwich fillers worked so well together and the hand made BBQ roll tasted delightful.

Jasper's click and collect grocery service is brilliant - nice fruit, veg and groceries via a safe and convenient system. Lovely helpful staff too.

Just done my first click and collect grocery collection with Jaspers. Amazing non contact delivery. All I had to do was pop my boot and they put it straight in (wearing full PPE too!). Got it home and now have amazing fresh salad, veg, fruit, bread etc that I haven?t been able too elsewhere. Well done Jaspers, keep up the good work keeping us all safe in these times

Great food, invoicing terrible!
I have used Jaspers many times, there food is fantastic and service great HOWEVER, their banking / finance is done through Lloyds who can never reconcile the payments we send. I spend hours going backwards and forwards to them with remittances to confirm we have paid and they claiming we havent. I dont have this issue with other Jaspers around the Country only Birmingham. For this reason only we cant use Jaspers Birmingham.
Come on Jaspers Birmingham, Lloyds are terrible and they are loosing you money!

We order Jasper's every week for our catering needs. The service is exceptional and the range of food is better than any other caterer we've come across. Great quality food with a friendly, professional delivery service. We wouldn't get our catering from any where else.
