Went to Jam-Eng after after work to get some dumplings to have with some curry goat at home . I brought 3 dumplings and 3 festivals - One dumpling was miniature which was a bit of a cheek as both a dumplings and festival cost 70p.

Had a big pot of curry goat and tray of rice and peas. Beautiful, made the party. Friendly staff very helpful.

Arrived here from Nottingham on Saturday at 6pm only to be told 'NO SOUP'.... attitude and very poor customer service ..... WTF!!!

I rang this company to make a simple enquiry with a manager... the woman who answered the phone was very very rude and hung up on me. I was in fact ringing to see about setting up permanent business with them and it would have been bvery profitable for them. i would advise nobody to use this restaurant as there staff have no customer service skills and obviously don't have their own business in their best interests and they therefore obviously dont have their customers/potential customers in their best interests. how this has ever become a success with such customer skills i do not know!!!
