I went there today the manager was very rude with a lady for only a hanger ,she was arrogant,she told here with arrogance you are rude, one day she was rude also with an old woman. the manager I'm talking about wear no hijab be careful from here, one day the shop will be empty because of her arrogance.

The shop has come along way over the years,more variety items,staff always happy to help aswell as having daily chats with customers,the new manager has settled in nicely forming relationships with her customers whilst always showing a smile,even the higher manager I see quiet alot which ensures the wellbeing of the shop... read full comment
