Absolutely brilliant service. This repair man is a true master at repairs. I originally took an Italian leather pair of boots into another place in the Northfield Grosvenor. The shoe mender in there told me I could not have leather soles and heels repaired on my boots. He was telling me that the boots were not suitable for a leather repair. So I decided against it and took them to this shoe mender in Northfield market. He repaired my boots in under a day and has done a magnificent job of it. Yes the prices are not so cheap but I do not mind paying that bit extra for a master at his trade.

Excellent, speedy service. I took in some expensive trainers to get cleaned and he did a magnificent job for a brilliant price. I also got a key cut, which worked perfectly and literally took 2 minutes to make.

Got some key cuts from this place. Cheapest place around Wasn't sure if the keys be any good as it was only £3 a key cut.Turned out to be decent keys fitted worked perfectly.Lovely friendly guy good customer service had my keys done soon as I went in and took less then 3 mins.Definitely be using this place again in the near future.

Amazing service, had tall studded cowboy boots with heels too tall, the cobbler shortened them perfectly and they fit and feel amazing!
