We placed an order with ideal on a Sunday, not long before they were closing. I thought that we would be waiting around a week for delivery. The next thing I know there's a knock at the door and the owner of ideal (not sure of his name) is at my door with the deck, trucks, grip tape etc. How amazing is that for service.My... read full comment

Went in here last week to pick up a decent starter board. Was looking to build one originally but when I said I was just starting out the shopkeeper didn't try to push expensive products on me, he described in detail what the starter boards were like and how they'll suit me, and that was great.
