I had a phone call from the ICICI (Birmingham branch) bank today. A woman named, Jas spoke to me. The details and content of what was covered was really well explained and the helpful nature was visible in its professional ambience. The query I had was explained with an excellent pace and tone that entailed a professional and clinical approach, which was helpful and welcoming. The telephone number mentioned on ICICI Bank website is no great help. I happened to drop a line about opening an account to Mohanpreet Singh in Handsworth, B'ham Branch. He promptly replied with an offer of help in opening an NRE/NRO account. I was given an immediate appointment which I accepted. He did all the paperwork, explained everything and the good news is I received all the documents (Chequebooks and debit cards) from India within two weeks as promised. Subsequent calls to Mohanpreetji were useful in clarifying a few things. We are thankful to him for his courtesy and help. Hope our banking with ICICI Bank in future retains the same high standard.

Awful service, not helpful at all, none of the staff know what they are doing and give you a different to the same question each time. Go into the branch with patience and practice mindfulness when you leave such as breathing exercises.

One of the best ICICI branch one could find. The bank manager was really helpful in setting us up with a new account and other very important time sensitive transactions. She answered all of our questions really well and with patience. Thanks Seema!!! Keep up the good work.

The branch staff are very helpful and welcoming. I visited the branch few days ago and was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff members. their online banking is second to none and the rates are very good for remittance. The branch Manager was very friendly and professional.

I have been to this bank as Indian we want account and services but unfortunately very very bad service of bank. No customer service at all. I called more than 30 times but they always listen few seconds and after security questions they hang the phone. I have been promised to complete the process in 2 days but it's more than 2 weeks and I am still struggling to get hold of someone in bank or branch. The system is not at all right. I was expecting big from this bank but I have no patience or not person who writes lot. Only I can say is never reccomend to anyone to bank with as I am afraid that what would happen if I put my money into the bank account. No customer service and no courtesy to call back and resolve the issue.
