Again, not as much choice here as in other branches because it's smaller. I got a small discount because I'm over 65, I must look it as I didn't say anything nor did I expect it, and I haven't got a loyalty card or anything. The cashier must have taken pity on me.

Staff here are lovely, always friendly and polite and nothing is too much trouble, I visit daily and have nothing negative to say about this store. There is a wide selection of foods available and although not the biggest store has mostly everything for our bi weekly shop.

Great store with a range of products, especially frozen foods, all at a great and reasonable price too.Iceland has a variety of deals on which help keeps the cost of buying food down and enabling me to keep a full freezer of food.Iceland is also a great convenience store for grabbing necessities such as bread, milk and butter in a last-minute situation.The staff always provide great customer service to everyone they meet, and always making conversation and wishing people well.Deliveries are always prompt too, and the staff are professional when helping with deliveries to customers. The staff maintain an open dialogue if the delivery will be late, and keep customs in the loop with where their delivery is and how long it will take.I recommend going to get shopping from Iceland, either in store, or via delivery.

It?s not quite Farmfoods is it? But somewhere, somehow, in an alternate universe where sweetcorn lives on the pedestal steal commands in our four reality, there exists a loving union between Iceland and Farmfoods, and from it flows an undeniable peace. I think of that peace sometimes, when lost in the aisles of cheap ?meat?

Just did a online shop today, same day delivery.....left my contact number for the driver to ring me when he arrives.....he never he left all my shopping including chilled and frozen stuff dumped outside my door.The driver was someone called HASHIM.....I have CCTV footage of him doing this....and I will be taking this matter further. He needs to be informed if hes delivering someone's shopping....it doesn't matter if theyre a different ethnic race from you....you can't choose to dump it where you like. Their are words to describe this driver HASHIM. Well I'll be popping into Iceland to speak to the General Store Manager about this "HASHIM" .

This branch I've had nothing but problems with, you pay for home delivery and the once they delivered the next day instead even though they marked it as delivered..last week they gave us mouldy food and this week we didn't receive any freezer or fridge goods they said it would be here after a complaint to them and a week later I still haven't got my goods despite being charged. Be warned about the delivery service and customer care I'm loosing count the amount of money I keep loosing using them

Im placing one star due to Iceland working in partnership with Excel Parking Services Limited, signage on entrance are small and/or hidden behind biffa bins. For this reason I will avoid spending any money whether in store or online at Iceland.
