I bought a pack of chicken wings recently then found that they were already open. I thought it would be easy enough to sort but despite EIGHT emails over TWO weeks I am banging my head against a wall. They appear (to me) to use AI to deal with customer queries which is fine in principle but these aren't that intelligent. All I wanted was to return and exchange, easy as that. Not for these though, I have to open bonus cards up and load stuff onto it. When questioned they couldn't respond. Asda do the same, I'll go there next.

O.k. for a quick visit. Staff on tills seem disinterested . Queues at checkout are usually long. Not enough room as there always seems to be stock cages in the ailes. I don't enjoy going here. Sorry.
