Booked a slot in for yesterday between 2.30 and 4.30 and never arrived when I phoned and questioned what happened they said that the delivery service was booked for 2 vans but one was working that day, which I understood technical issues can happen,butstill today (Sunday) at 2.31 my order has not arrived, when I phoned up again the young ladie on the end of the phone just said between now and 4.30 and to be honest I?m fuming had things planned for today and the kids are all moaning iv had to cancel our day out, it?s unacceptable not even a email or phone call to inform us of the delays or issues disgusting service

First the delivery arrives defrosted, then they change our delivery slot and didn't inform us and finally the redelivery arrives and items are missing. How hard is it to pick items of a list and delivery them to an address in good condition. Their customer service is appalling when you can finally get through to them.

Shopped for 20 minutes then went to check out with a basket full of items, all rung up and pulled out a £50 note to pay for it all only to be told company policy not to except £50 notes ? Since found out NOT company policy at all, just the manager making up their own rules.I'll be shopping at Aldi from now on.

Rude, violent and judgementa lstaff.My friend got stopped for "shoplifting" when all she did was walk around the store. THREE PEOPLE grabbed her and broke several items in her bag!!! Stay away!!!
