I've used this store a few times now and I have never experienced anything negative. The shop is always well laid out, the stock level is always high but the staff there are amazing. Everyone is so approachable , so helpful and go that extra step to make your visit a very positive stress free experience.Well done.

Pros:-Friendly Staff, always nice and chatty when I go, same for the security guard who works there too (bauld guy)-Good selection of exclusive items, such as the myprotein range. Prices for iceland are always decent too.-Free parking for 1 hourCons:-Always huge Queues, I've never been in there and not had to wait in a relatively long line. They have 3 tills, yet only 1 is ever in use. Store could do with investing in more staff, maybe a couple of self checkouts to replace the first till since I've never seen it used.-Sometimes store can shut a few minutes early. Get there 4 mins before closing to quickly grab some milk ect, but door is shut and shutters are down.Invest in either more staff or some self checkouts, and it'll go to a 4.5.
