I shop at Soho road branch almost everyday staff are friendly always willing to help . Tills run smoothly especially when busy . I would like to give a shout out to a lady that works on the tills I think her name is Hyacinth always has a smile when greeting customers credit to the store .

Like most Iceland stores they are small to medium sized and majority of their products are frozen foods and they are slowly increasing normal non frozen products.
Good competitive prices and from my own experiences great customer service (in comparison to other rival stores).
The staff who I've interacted with have been excellent, always have a smile, polite and they go out their way to help you properly (rather than just giving directions)
The nit picks will be that sometimes they have long queues at tills but not enough staff in the tills.
Many stores are small sized so you end up banging ? in the aisles due to narrow lane space. Lastly they don't have as many stores around in the city compared to other supermarkets.

DO NOT EAT THE PIZZA'S FROM HERE THE FREEZER WAS OFF AND THE PIZZA'S WENT SOFT I GOT TOLD THEY WILL RE-STOCK THEM BUT THEY LIED AND STILL SELLING RE-FROZEN PIZZA'S EVERYDAY I BEEN IN TO CHECK THEY ARE STILL THE SAME ONES AND I KNOW THIS BECAUSE ITS THE SAME DAMAGE TO THE BOXES!!!!
REMEMBER THAT IS REALLY BAD FOR YOU AS THEY HAVE MEAT ON THEM AND BACON!!!
ALSO WHEN I TOLD WORKER WHY THEY SELLING RE-FROZEN PIZZA'S SHE ANSWERED" PEOPLE ARE STILL BUYING THEM THOUGH" I LOOKED AT HER IN DISCUSS AND SAID THAT'S BECAUSE CUSTOMERS DON'T KNOW ABOUT THEM BEING DEFROSTED AND THAT YOU RE FROZED THEM, NEVER TRUST GOING THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
