We were served in the restaurant by Gaurav.
I am gluten intolerant and he was reassuringly knowledgeable about what I can eat. The food was tasty and I'd happily eat here again.

Checking in was pleasant and without complication. After checking in we went to the bar to get a few drinks and food. The food was really good and service from Armaan was great.

Stopped in the ibis budget room clean but a bit small for 3 people but had a meal in the restaurant and was served by Mukesh who was great food was very nice and the location was great for a early morning start

A great budget hotel option right next to Birmingham airport. Can just walk across the car park in minutes. Cheap and cheerful, no frills hotel.
The dinner in the restaurant was very good. Enjoyed the chicken curry and fish and chips. Kids meals available too - would be good if they had a few more options though! (Kids lasagne/pasta or something too?)
Thank you to Mukesh for great service, in a busy restaurant he kept on top of our orders quickly and was very friendly!

Went for a drink and a meal, 4 adults, 3 children. Mukesh was an excellent server, attentive and helpful.
Children's meals enormous! Will come back next time flying from Birmingham
