I do not recommend buying from them, because if you encounter any issues with your order, their response will simply be to contact your local authority or seek financial support from financial institutions.
Here is the story,
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Fraser. I ordered ten items, but only four arrived. When I contacted their customer service for an explanation and a resolution, I found them to be extremely not helpful at all. They insisted that all ten items had been delivered after their so-called quality check, even though that was clearly not the case.
To make matters worse, their staff was quite dismissive, even suggesting that if I wanted any further recourse, I should go to my local authority or seek financial support elsewhere. The way I was treated was frankly unacceptable. Overall, I had a very poor experience, and I wouldn?t recommend buying from them.

We popped into House of Fraser in Birmingham on Friday , Jake on the shoe ? section was absolutely amazing, first class customer service?very approachable and couldn?t offer enough help ?.thank you Jake .

No toilets in a store this size? I asked the staff they said go across the road to McDonald's. The staff were polite.
If they had toilets I would have most likely browsed more lines & bought something but had to leave to relieve myself.
Pitiful customer service.

Possibly the most sad and depressing store I've ever been in. I remember this being one of the most prestigious stores in Birmingham, now It's a massive discount shop.

Went in Sunday 15 th December to buy my wife a watch for Christmas. What a shock , store was cold and badly lit when we saw a watch we wanted to look at , after several attempts to find who was meant to on the stall we left empty handed.

Walked into your birmingham dept store to far end of store looking for xmas items to find ive got a security gaurd nxt to me !!! Hes walked over from the main doors ,,So i went to a member of staff and told them (they thought it was funny /what the heck is going on eh !13/11/24

This literally looks like a bring and buy sale being held in an abandoned warehouse. Cheap plastic trestle tables being used to display much of the stock. Toilets are all closed and you can see they've inked out "toilets" from the floor info signs. Dim lighting. The department store at the end of the universe.
