You can't miss Home Zone on the Stratford Road and Formans Road junction. It's a large shop specialising in wallpapers and decorating products. It's a busy shopping area so parking can often be limited. The shop has an impressive range of wallpapers and borders that range from traditional to modern designs. The staff members are very knowledgeable in their products too. If you mention a certain design or colour you're in search of, they know exactly where to direct you. And because not all wallpapers are made of the same material, they can tell you what would be best for certain rooms in your house. In this sense the customer service was good but I didn't feel they made a concerted effort to help. I had to ask for help and push for answers, which the sales assistant knew in detail but wouldn't divulge voluntarily.
