We arrived and told the woman at the desk we had a booking and she got us to pay despite us having already paid, my friend had booked and I wasn’t aware he had paid so we went back to the desk to amend this and we’re told there was a no refund policy. Plenty of entertainment for children and teenagers.Excellent video machines and interesting games to play.We didn't try the food so we cannot rate this but overall very good and we noted that the staff that were on that Saturday and were very helpful and polite .I went on the Halo video game excellent stuff.
