Please if you allow student discount, interrogating customers on whether it?s them in the photo is so silly, this isn?t ID for serving alcohol it?s literally just verification that I?m a student. I?m a older student I?m not 19 so sure asking to see the digital unidays ID is valid as it?s part of the process and it will show the end date and a image of myself :) but to then further question and ask for more photo iD I think is taking it too far for the sake of 10% and upsetting customers it?s not worth it. I showed a second form and answered the questions it seemed she accepted it with hesitation. So sad.

This is my favourite shop on the high street and it's not even for the products...it's the staff! They are friendly and helpful and take time out to answer questions and find what you're looking for. Thank you

I visited the shop a few days ago. From the moment I went in to the moment I paid, the lady behind the counter was watching me like a hawk. Not sure what her problem was. Maybe she was profiling me.I won't be going back to this branch.The shop itself was well stocked but everything was expensive.

I went to Holland and Barrett today with an idea in mind of what I wanted but was unsure about what product to choose.Thankfully there was a lovely shop assistant (Megan) who was able to advise me. We looked at all the alternatives, prices and brands and also the ingredients in those products.I came away with what I wanted with extra health benefits. Thank you so muchA very happy customer x
