I recently had an amazing time at the Holland and Barrett store in Harborne. I went there to get oatbran, mouthwash, and rosemary oil, and I also used the click and collect service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted. I must also say that I was very impressed by how clean and modern the store looked. It was quite easy to find everything I needed.
The staff were absolutely fantastic! They were so friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. This branch is definitely one of the best Holland and Barretts I have been to.
I'm delighted to have this Holland and Barrett close to where I live.

The staff is quite knowledgeable about the products they sell. I think the lady who assisted me was Ikra/Akra and she literally and respectfully educated about the different products that I needed. Thank you

Could get the discount that was offered online by the time I got through to a member of staff (not shop). The offer was gone. The young man said, "Let me see what can be done" I then got cut off. I phoned several times kept getting cut off. No one rang back still haven't my product.....
