I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred at your store earlier today.
After completing my purchase, the staff member an older white lady who processed my payment did not provide me with a carry bag for my items. I was not asked whether I needed a bag, nor was I informed of any policy changes regarding bags. As a result I was left to manage my purchases without assistance which caused inconvenience.
I expect a basic level of customer care at Holland & Barrett including clear communication about bag policies or offering assistance with packaging. This experience fell short of the standard I associate with your brand.

always take a receipt because they can't look back in their system to see your purchase. I asked for a different flavor of creatine and the store associate brought out a different product which I didn't notice until I was about to use it at home. now I'm stuck with it.

Thank you to the very helpful Manager Letticia who went above and beyond to help my mother with finding the best vitamins for her - she even made sure they were Halal. She assisted her with the shopping, and made a great overall experience. If you are looking for someone to help you I?d definitely ask for Letticia?s assistance. Thanks ?

I experienced a really disgusting situation where one of the ladies who was working there, was showing a disgusting face expression to a mother and her child who through a bottle on to the ground and then later showed the same expression face multiple times to other family who looked they were Somalian with big family and she was not the one who even was serving them on the cashier . I really don?t understand why some people think themself better than any others.

Went into holland and barrett today as heard good things about their coffee..oh wow what an experience ..lovely coffee ! And shop had a lovely calm feel to it ...When I'm next in Birmingham I'll be visiting again ..which is tomorrow..

I never usually rate big brand stores, but I had to on this occasion. Check out their mini cafe booth setup. It?s like no other. Holland and Barrett are offering ?health boost? teas and coffees. Take a look at their menu. You can add CBD, Lions Mane Mushroom, Tremella and a standard Espresso Shot! I haven?t tried yet? It?s on my bucket list.
