I recently went to HiQ Tyres & Autocare in Bromford for a car tracking service check after having changed my tyres. Another garage had advised me to get them checked to be on the safe side, so I decided to follow their recommendation. When I arrived, the staff thoroughly inspected my vehicle and informed me that I actually didn?t need the service after all.
Their honesty and professionalism were truly commendable. Not only were they very helpful and polite, but they also saved me a money by recommending that l didn?t need the service.
I really appreciated the good customer service I received throughout the visit.
It?s great to find a garage that puts their customer?s needs first instead of just trying to make a quick sale, I highly recommend this garage for their integrity and exceptional service

Dropped car off at 8 and it was fully serviced by half 10. Great customer service. Best price by far as well! GTI now running great and will be back next week for an MOT

Tyre prices where good however ordered 2 tyres via website and booked a slot to have them fitted. On arrival only one tyre was available and I was only told this after the first tyre was fitted. They had to order another tyre for the next day which meant another journey to have this fitted, which was difficult as had to organise more time off work. On a positive note the staff where very nice.

Took my car in because the brakes were not working, guy called nab sorted it out for me, explained what had happened and showed me what had to be replaced. Good guy did an excellent job 10/10

Friendly helpful staff fitted new tyres (Mick?) gave good advice, even jump started my cat when battery failed.

Took car in for service, break pads and discs. Very professional and car back same day all fixed and book stamped. Price is reasonable so would highly recommend.
