I find the male pharmacist quite rude the way he speaks to you. I pay for my prescription so i won't be going to Highfield Pharmacy again.

Sneaky owner. I was 3 weeks late to collect medication. He told me GP hadn?t sent anything and to get a new prescription so i did. Then today outside his shop he tried to tell me ?you did collect it? when i did not. And when i told him I could prove that I didn?t he told me I?m banned. This man has stolen my previous prescription. He even tried to evade me by running out the shop. What on earth are you playing at?

I used to be with Loyds attached to the GP and it was awful - since moving to this pharmacy they are so helpful, they let you know when the doctor needs to renew your 6 monthly prescription, they deliver, they usually have things in or they order it in quickly and they are always helpful

Been doing work experience in this pharmacy recently and all the staff were so welcoming and supportive. One of the best work experiences I've ever had. Very professional and welcoming.

My elderly parents have been using this pharmacy for some years now and all the staff are so helpful; above and beyond helpful. My mother recently had a problem with her prescription and the manager went out of his way to solve the problem for us. He was absolutly amazing.Due to my father having Parkinson's and other medical issues his medication can change often but they sort it quickly and efficiently and deliver it directly.They always have such a good manner and excellent service which I know has meant my parents have no stress when it comes to medication. Thank you to all the team at Highfield Pharmacy.

It's a family Pharmacy. Conveniently located for Yardley Wood Railway Station and the Number 76 Bus, and has Parking space in front of the shop.The Staff and Pharmacist are very knowledgeable and the Shop stocks lots of items. All of my family plus many people in the local districts have used the Pharmacy for in excess of 30 years. I always go thereThe Pharmacist and his staff also pick up at the local surgeries and deliver to addresses locally. This has been particularly helpful in the recent COVID -19
