Grumpy staff,they start laughing at customers and making fun,they shouldn't do that as they look special needs type of people themselves.
The lady with the glasses is grumpy and rude,no good customer service.
Don't know what happened to chubby youngish guy,he was another one who talks behind customers backs,and then pretends his being friendly at the till,he is in no state to talk about people, especially being chubby himself.

I don't buy food from this store, it always smells disgusting as soon as you walk through the door. The cleaning supplies are okay, though not a great selection. Convenient location.

Good local shop to get a lot of your grocery from. Shelves always stocked. Very good value for money. Only downside ( hence 4* ) is the parking. I am afraid it is non existent but Heron Foods cannot do anything to put that right

Not five stars because I think there's a tad improvement on some things but majority of things aren't bad at all, can get some good things in there but cud be better. Most the staff are hard workers and most the time friendly.
