I called in the morning when they opened and explained to them I wanted a restyle and my hair was just a bit below shoulder length. The gentleman on the phone said that was not a problem and booked me in at 17:45. I go in for my appointment to be told that she won?t be able to do it because she won?t have enough time and she wasn?t aware it was a restyle when in fact I made sure to say that on the phone. I?m absolutely appalled. You 1. wasted my time and 2. didn?t even have the decency to apologise.

They are VERY accommodating!!! I'm disabled n normal go for a dry pedicure n Bianca makes you feel like your no bother. It's very boho chic looking salon, a hiddetgem within kings heath!!!

Where do I start. Went here for the 1st time last week...had a major overhaul on my hair, loads of really good simple do able advice given. Hair looked fabulous on leaving, followed advice throughout the week to maintain it. The next step was me washing it and how would it look/fall etc. Its still FABULOUS BIG BIG thank you Teah..I'm still over the moon. See you for the next trim.Ps. I told them to do layered cut for my daughter and they ended up doing a bob cut, I told to do do slight layering from front and it was nothing like it .they took lot of time and secondly charged me money for the cut I did not even want. You just are fooled .I guess some hair salon provide better hair cuts services. Don?t recommend it for a hair cut

I am a naturally anxious human being who tends to avoid the hairdressers at all costs, but today, I braved it and booked a cut and finish at Hedshed with the wonderful Caitlin. From the minute I walked in, Caitlin made me feel safe, welcomed and valued and I cannot be more grateful. Caitlin was able to talk me through the process and discuss what she believed would be a good style for my face shape and she did an absolutely wonderful job. Teah was, as always absolutely brilliant. Her attention to detail and professional knowledge shows in her craft whether she?s doing a cut or a colour. I went in today for warm brown babylights for an overall lighter finish on naturally very dark hair, and the final look exceeded my expectations. I got my hair cut by Caitlin and she was fantastic! She was really welcoming, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and talked through all the different ways she could cut and style my hair. She also gave me advice on how to maintain my hair and look after it. I visited Headshed last week to see Charlie for LVL and eyebrow wax- such a great service! The best curl I?ve ever gotten from my lashes from other places. Would deffo recommend!! Totally worth the money and no need for mascara!
