The boss at the front, sadly didn't get his name each time I go, but we always have a great conversation and he's so helpful even when not buying just browsing and trying to learn. Then there was this young man called Jack, new employee who was so kind and so helpful. Put me first even though I mentioned I'm not buying right now just wanting to check it out, and he got out all the tools explained the differences so well between each tool. Answered all my questions without a problem. Top top customer service and I came back in later to buy, and unfortunately didn't see him but saw the boss and informed him that Jack was a great employee and one of the best interactions I've had from a tool/DIY place. Thank you. Also the store has everything with good prices and great quality.”

“Recently hired a large dehumidifier from Jewson in Stechford. I needed it last minute to dry our an area of my home before new flooring was fitted. I called the branch, got through to the tool hire department easily and was pleased to hear I could go in and collect the unit straight away. The machine did the job, worked perfectly with no issues and was given advice on how to transport it and use it before I left.

I did struggle to fit it in the car, and wanted to give a shout out to Jake in the branch who gave me his own bungee cord to secure the unit so I could get it home. He really saved the day as not quite sure how we would of got it home without this, thanks Jake!

“I'm from out of the area but dropped in as I was passing this machine mart, it's a bit dinky compared to my local store but thankfully had what I needed when other shops had failed me. Prices are a little steeper than some online retailers but in an emergency I didn't mind a small mark up. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, making sure I had purchased the right tool for the job and if I was aware of my local store if I encountered any problems. There is a free customer car park round the back of the shop. Good selection of hand/power tools, PPE, welders and pumps.”

“Went in to Aston branch today.. in all the years I have been going never have I experienced help as I did today from Katrina and Mustafa. I had ordered on line for a collection however some of the items not as expected.. but with the product knowledge Katrina and Mustafa had they got me exactly what I needed and was attention to details. Sometimes I use other stores but I will try n stick to Aston from now on.”
