Well equipped gym. Good price. Friendly staff. As with any gym avoid at peak times. Nice pool. Clean facilities.

All clean ??? Big minus for me, no hairdryers in changing room. There are dryers in separate room after you leaving changing rooms and they like hand dryers, without tube, where you bend over and then stand on a bridge to dry your wet hair. Styling is impossible here. Ladies changing and shower ? are on one space with mens.... read full comment

I have been going to the gym and swimming pool for years. I enjoy going in and always welcomed with a smile, I enjoy talking to staff and members. Love the smiles in the gym and now my son comes with me and loves it because he feels confident in the gym.
