There is a young girl who is at the counter open hair slim and makeup on she is rude however rest the staff here are really good ! But this girl when my mother gave her cash and she gave change back she completed ignored my mother's hand like ewwww my mother is clean :/ and she looks at the customers like they are dirty ! No one deserves to be treated like that

Fabulous service today. I didn?t realise HRT was exempt. I?d already payed for my prescription, the pharmacist advised me to download the form from the NHS website. Call back with the code and he would refund me. Amazing service. Thank you so much.

What has happened to them. Dreadful service. Promised my prescription for at 3pm having been sent at 8.30am. Never turned up. This is about the 5th time this has happened. Absolute cowboys.

What a joke of a pharmacy. So disappointed. I am suffering from breathing difficulties after having Covid. I was prescribed antibiotics and steroids for my breathing. I sent somebody in on my behalf to get the medicine and they gave him an old prescription that I couldn?t collect because of my illness. Not even the medicine that I needed a total shambles.

This is one of the finest pharmacies in the Hall Green and surrounding areas. The staff are friendly and professional and very keen to assist you with anything you require. My final note is that the pharmacist himself is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Christmas day. My dad had forgotten his diabetes and angina medication. 111 were not help and only wanted to send paramedics out - which would have been a waste of time and resources.Other pharmacies were advertised as open but were closed and we finally found this one.The pharmacist was extremely helpful in his advice and support in gaining the medication and not overcharging for a prescription. Thank you for helping in a very stressful and anxious situation.

Found this pharmacy great at first, until I tried to call them, they take the phone off the hook or let it ring off and even put it straight down. Again I have been trying for over 3 hours.
