Disrespectful member of staff. I?m Autistic and I went in to deposit some money on behalf of my mother and this staff member accused me of stealing when I asked for help and treated me with the utmost disrespectful attitude and screamed at me to get out of the shop. This was just under a year ago and I?ve been scared to go there ever since.

Husband has account with this bank,there's certain staff that are nice but odd few that are not that's a experience I had there once,but otherwise helpful,

Terrible bank but there fraud squad is alot better than the rubbish bank hsbc pity the Halifax in chelmslewood doesn't practice what they preach we are here to help they have never helped me they stopped my direct debit to motor tax and l have had to pay in full they are my nearest bank if there where any bank was near l would go to them

The bank is a joke, what kind of a manager would take staff from the front, just to help another member of staff out because they couldn?t cope with the volume of customers. The manager of this bank at Chelmsley Wood, I?m sure you're in the wrong job. You tell the elderly customers to visit a different branch of Halifax in Sheldon or Solihull. I?m sure head office will be interested when I write and tell them what you told me today. That Your staff need retraining as do you on how to treat customers and their needs.

Most of the staff are pleasant. They make you feel welcoming and always ask about other relatives that they know. Nice to see that most of them care.

What a horrible branch. They use "Covid" to their benefit but change all rules to penalise you. How come I can't pay money into my wife's account over the counter but I can at a cashpoint. And god forbid you try and pay coins in. Just shoddy customer service.

I would like to thank the lady who works at Halifax chelmsley wood. She is situated by the door assisting customers who are going in and out. She is doing a fantastic job and I cannot praise her enough. She makes sure it's safe for us to go in and out of the bank
