I usually go to the Kings Heath branch but made a mistake and came here! Poor customer service is an understatement . The Asian guy on the till was as miserable as can be and began making things up about things he was clearly not aware of. I have no time to waste on people like that; therefore, I shall not be returning to this branch again!!

Very poor customer service. Lady called INDY needs some serious training in how to be pleasant, very rude. After I asked for the manager and she initially refused, she walked away mumbling which I found very childish. Halifax should be ashamed to have staff treating customers like that. @Halifax Get INDY some training asap!

Staff are rude and disrespectful, they have no way of talking. 'Angel' especially seemed to have a right attitude problem. Shouldn't be in a customer service role with such an attitude.

every time i go to this branch they disappoint me and are not helpful at all and most of the staff is rude but today for the first time i had good service from donna(manager) she helped me in every way possible and she was really nice.

Miserable cows on the till...ESPECIALLY during this pandemic queues outside as soon as you get to the front of the queue, i think her name is kate decides to put up her sign saying this desk is unavailable while sitting there having her belvita and avoiding eye contactEven staff member urged her there queues outside and her response was "they cant come in after 2pm" whilst being sitting there doing absolutely nothing for atleast half an hourAlso the self chechout 9/10 your money will get stuckHonestly if you want to avoid being treated like cattle queuing up to be slaughtered dont bother there's plenty more branchesAvoid!!
