The staff must be exhausted working such long hours no wonder why they have no energy to smile and just grunt at you. Their skills in communication are second to none, choosing not to verbally speak but instead huff, tutt and role their eyes. Their training in this area must have been very taxing. I would recommend increasing their lunch hour then giving them the option of just serving one person per day.

Unable to visit in branch I have rang Halifax numerous times only to have the call disconnected. Unfortunately the banking app does not have the answer to everything so pointless messaging them online. Absolutely ridiculous

What's this closing at 3pm nonsense ? Lloyds opens till 5pm ! Absolute jokers. Sack the idiots in head office who shortened the opening hours

Poor customer service from staff (who spend 5 minutes every time telling you how you can use the app, as if to say why are you bothering me here?) and closes at 3pm despite being one of the last branches left. Next door, Nationwide is open until 4:30pm and the staff are so friendly, they even stayed behind til 4:45 to help me open my account. It?s time to move over everyone! They?re a mutual too, so you will own part of the building society and they use their profits for charity and good causes. What more reason do you need to say goodbye to Halifax?

The most disgusting rude arrogant staff . Completely different to what they advertise.I was wanting some cash as I lost my bank so it meant going in I was a couple of minutes over closing and they were so nasty they wouldn't help me out . Customer care should come first especially when I was so distressed. Kings Heath branch is rubbish and now ingoing to be changing banks in the new year

What kind of bank closes at 3pm! Is there any point you being open for the people that work?! No other way to cash money in, yet branches are closing everywhere and if there are any left open, you?ll be lucky to find one close enough that is open later than 3pm!

There should be an option to give no stars. I have never been to this branch and been welcomed by a friendly member of staff. They are always rude and miserable. They need lessons in communication.. it doesn?t kill to smile or be nice.
