Booked and paid for front wheel alignment online for one of our medium wheelbase sprinter vans to receive a phone call one hour before booking slot they don?t do vans So why advertise and let me complete the booking ? now have to wait 7-10 days for refund??avoid if you have a van

I went to this shop on 19/02/2025 with my e-bike for a free bike health check. The black guy checked all the parts of my bike except the suspension fork, after checking he said you need some parts, I said ok, how much will it cost, he said 270 pounds including gold service, I told him. Can you check the suspension because it is not working and you have not checked it, he said we will check it with gold service. I said maybe it needs new suspension and I have a one year warranty, he said no warranty, only electric parts and frame included. I said I will show you on Halfords website and I searched on Google. He spoke to me with an angry face and spoke rudely. Then he took the bike off the repair stand, said get out, you are not listening to me and he kept leaving my bike outside the shop and saying get out. As far as I understand, he is not a good mechanic and always speaks angrily to customers.

One spec guy is very rude.. everytime you are going to ask something and he is asking labour charges.
Anything for £12 labour charges even you buy any products from there and need to fit on the bike.

Unprofessional and Overreaction by Security Staff, threatened to call bomb squad on me:
I recently visited Halfords in Sheldon with a friend, and my experience left me deeply disappointed. We were browsing the bike section, and I placed my gym bag?containing my railway track uniform?on the floor nearby so we could look around more easily. While speaking with a bike technician, I noticed a security guard moving around in a stressed and hasty manner, which seemed odd at the time.
As we were about to leave, the security guard approached me in an unnecessarily aggressive manner, claiming that my bag looked ?suspicious.? He informed me he was about to call the police and the bomb squad and pull the fire alarm to evacuate the building, which was an extreme overreaction to the situation. Instead of calmly addressing me with a simple request to keep my bag with me, he made me feel threatened with his accusations and behavior.
To make matters worse, he banned me from the store without a clear explanation of what I had done wrong. His actions seemed to be based more on assumptions or profiling rather than a reasonable assessment of the situation. This encounter left me feeling confused and unfairly treated.
While I understand the importance of security, the way this was handled was entirely unprofessional. Customers should be treated with respect and approached calmly in such situations, not subjected to unnecessary accusations and hostility. I hope Halfords addresses this issue to ensure better training and professionalism from their staff.

Very disappointed with my visit there.
I was told to come on Thursday to collect the item I wanted.
When I got there I was told that they don?t know where it is.
The guy on the checkout told me that he has radio someone in the warehouse and they are looking for it.
I was asked to wait for few minutes and will give me in update.
I waited half hour and when the guy from warehouse came he said that he is busy dealing with the delivery which has arrived.
Surely he could have said that earlier rather having me wait there like stupid.
I would never again as they don?t know how to respect their customers and lie to you

CJ was patient, helpful and quick in fitting a new light bulb. Excellent service and pleasantness from the Manager Fernando too.
Only gave a 4 star as the price of fitting a bulb (£10 service) in a few minutes was more than the cost of the bulb. Halford please review the price.
