Very disappointed today with the service I received at H. Samuel. I was given completely incorrect information by Claire W. and other staff. I was told I could return an online order in-store on the same day it was delivered, so based on that advice, I bought another item in-store. However, when I went back later the same day to return the online order, Claire told me I couldn't return it until 24 hours had passed ? something not mentioned in any return policy.
This kind of misinformation is unacceptable and caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expected better from a company like H. Samuel. I won?t be shopping here again anytime soon.

I purchased a pair of earrings from H. Samuel last week and clearly asked the staff if my wife could exchange them later if she wanted. They assured me it wouldn?t be a problem. However, when we came back today, they refused to exchange the item, completely going back on their word.
Even worse, some of the staff showed clear signs of discrimination and very poor attitude toward foreign customers. It?s extremely disappointing and unacceptable in 2025.
Many of their customers, including myself, come from diverse backgrounds, and businesses like H. Samuel should remember that our support is one of the reasons they?re still operating.
Very poor experience overall. I won?t be shopping here again and cannot recommend it to others.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a staff member called Sam, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, he was very attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions which made my experience so much nicer! Thank you Sam ill definitely be back! (:

Absolutely blown away by the level of service I have received at this store my watch strap broke years ago and have been looking for a replacement with no luck until I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and Philip said he could get that without any issues had a phone call a week later telling me it had arrived went back it the strap was changed and level of service was Exemplary thank you Calum and Philip for looking after me !!
